Home Gym Strength:
Founding Beta

A strength program that gives joint and tissue training a place in the plan, not just a few minutes before the “real” workout.

I’m preparing the first Tissue Lab program for a small founding group. It pairs a clear strength focus with the joint-specific work, exercise sequencing and progression that shape how I coach.

Announcement only. Enrollment and payment are not open.

Strength is the focus. The supporting work stays in.

The program centers on squat, press, deadlift and row patterns. Before the day’s strength work, you will have prescribed joint- and tissue-specific exercises selected around the joints involved in that session.

  1. Controlled articular rotations (CARs).Begin with the prescribed joint rotations.
  2. Joint and tissue training.Dedicated exercises with their own sets, reps or time, cues and logging spaces. These are training inputs, not optional filler.
  3. Priority strength work. The main lift comes before the lower-priority resistance work, with effort and progression instructions to guide it.
  4. Accessory work and logging.Complete the supporting exercises and record what you actually performed.

The first two phases emphasize joint workspace and connective tissue architecture. The later phase retains workspace work and shifts the connective tissue emphasis toward load-bearing capacity. The detailed methods live in the exercise guidance so the workout itself stays readable.

A program you can use, not just read

You will receive your own interactive Google Sheets workbook, with separate phase tabs, clearly divided training days and four weeks of each exercise shown together. Exercise names, sets, reps or time, tempo and concise training cues sit alongside the spaces for your completed work.

  • The complete 48-session program: three phases, typically 12 weeks at four sessions per week. Progress through completed sessions rather than racing a fixed end date.
  • Your personal training log: record dates, loads, repetitions and notes, then return to the same copy to see your history.
  • Exercise guidance: demonstration links and setup instructions, with longer explanations separated from the main workout view.
  • Phone access: use your Google account and the Google Sheets app to open and update your saved copy.

Plan for approximately 55–75 minutes per session. Learning a new setup or taking additional recovery may make a session longer; the clock is not a reason to rush your next set.

Built for the intermediate home-gym lifter

This is for someone comfortable with resistance training who wants a structured strength block and is willing to train the joint-specific pieces with the same intention as the bigger lifts.

A well-equipped home gym is required, including the specified rack and safety setup. The full equipment and eligibility checklist will be available before enrollment so you can check fit before paying.

This is a general fitness program, not a personalized assessment, rehabilitation plan or substitute for individualized care. Coaches are welcome to use it for their own training; the purchase will not include a resale or client-distribution license.

A small founding group

The founding beta is planned for a 10-buyer group with pricing details coming soon, with the complete 48-session program and six weeks of limited program-use support. That is not twelve weeks of individualized coaching.

The small group will help me refine the clarity of the instructions, exercise demonstrations and logging experience through real use. Support details and purchase terms will be confirmed before enrollment opens.

Coming soon. Date TBD.

I’m finishing the exercise demonstrations and reviewing the program instructions and delivery experience before accepting payment. This announcement is a preview of the offer, not an invitation to purchase an unfinished release.
